Hey guys, i have been jelqing for about 1 month and have noticed that my glans got a lot bigger i mean a lot bigger, is this normal?
Will the glans just continue getting big?
Im afraid it can lead to damage but not sure.
I jelq very carfully about 10-25% so i have never felt any pain.

The number one gain you will get from Jelqing is bigger glands, you are correct! Of course the size will kind of go down slightly over time because you have been massively stretching the glands. There is no damage to the glands, they will get bigger over time, but there is a limit to how big it can get.
I do not read the exercises on here but this is my favorite, it's called the Power Jelq. It will BLAST through plateaus and give you a massive sized glands. You jelq normally for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes, you apply more lotion (Vitamin E with Aloe Vera, can get it from Johnson And Johnson), do 100 kegels to warm up the muscle. Now do 9 hard jelqs, then squeeze down with your PC hard as you can AND at the same jelq down really hard until you get to the glands, you will force more blood into the glands and you'll experience a slight tingling sensation from the blood spaces filling more and more. Keep doing this for 10 - 15 minutes. Of course you have to do a Warm Wrap for 10 minutes after to get rid of the blood from the glands.

I personally have never read any posts from guys who gained a good amount of girth in their shaft, but then complained that their glans look too small now. All that blood is going into it as you finish your jelqing stroke, so it is getting worked on just as your shaft is. For myself, my glans seems to have stayed proportional to my shaft gains.
