Hi guys, I am new to the site and have been hanging a little over a month.
Some of the terms used, or abbreviations I am not familiar with yet, but I'm managing.
My question.
BTC .... (between the cheeks) How in the world do you position yourself to do that? There must be a right and a wrong way to do this.
And.. Is standing and hanging just as productive as sitting and hanging? I have been standing, and then also
moving into different angles, and rocking the weights back and forth.
But if sitting gives way better gains, then I should maybe change? I do prefer to stand if I had a choice.
