    Hi guys, I am new to the site and have been hanging a little over a month.

    Some of the terms used, or abbreviations I am not familiar with yet, but I'm managing.

    My question.
    BTC .... (between the cheeks) How in the world do you position yourself to do that? There must be a right and a wrong way to do this.

    And.. Is standing and hanging just as productive as sitting and hanging? I have been standing, and then also
    moving into different angles, and rocking the weights back and forth.
    But if sitting gives way better gains, then I should maybe change? I do prefer to stand if I had a choice.

    I only hang btc, on a chair with my legs up on a table, this is where I feel the deepest of stretches, standing up just don't do it for me, but If you feel standing up is best for you then it is!, always listen to what your body tells you
    now until 2018, all out length
