  • Ejaculating ruin gains?

    Today I ejaculated after my session and I felt that this was a great session with a larger expansion than I've had before. I feel like ejaculating ruined today's workout. Is this detrimental to gaining? I've been trying to stop ejaculating because I'm starting college football now. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Nope!
    I've gained while I was doing a routine that required ejaculating as the last exercise during a session - for two entire cycles!

      I don't see why ejaculation would ruin gains x) Makes no sense.
      If after a workout you edge for 1-5minuts and ejaculate, then i can see where the problem starts.
      Just make sure you edge for a decent amount (20-40min) of time before you ejaculate, then it doesn't matter
      if you finish off with ejaculation.

      BPEL: 6.6 / MEG: 4.9 / BEG: 5.5
