What does it mean that I'm lasting longer and harder then normal? Am I getting gains or what?
I just did my first 5 days and now I'm on my 2 days off .
My routine is the JP90 without the v-jelqs basically .
Penis length - 6.25( top ) 6.5 ( side ) 7 ( Bone Pressed )
Penis Girth - 4.5-4.75 ( Mid-Shaft) 5.1-5.25 ( base of penis )
