In all seriousness though, Since JP90 was too intense for me in the beginning, and now I'm ready to get back in the saddle, I've discovered an awesome routine/concept on ************* called the Linear Routine. It's very light, and very effective as I've researched. It basically reinforces the statement "Less is More". And you don't ramp up the intensity/volume until what you're currently doing no longer stimulates gains.
So I have made my simple routine (have done this a couple of times so far and I love it.) :
* 5-10 min Ricesock
* 3 sets of 5 directional stretches for 30 seconds each. I do two additional stretches to the right and down. (Trying to straighten my cock as it grows.)
* 3 sets of 20 jelqs (3-5 sec each) (close to flaccid about 30% erect)
I need tips from you guys to guide me on a length only routine. I want NO MORE GIRTH. Nor do I need it.
This is why I keep it light on the Jelqs and it all adds up to about 5 minutes.
Never measured BPEL until yesterday. All I cared about was what people could see which right is about 6.25 (NBPEL)
Measurements as of 7/30/16:
BPEL = 7.0
MEG = 6.0
1st major goal:
BPEL = 8.5
MEG = 6.0
