This is my 3rd attempt. I've spent about a month doing exercises about 4 days a week. 1 hour per day.
I just can't keep going.
I'm about 6".
Really want to stick with it.
Hang in there bud, don't treat PE as something you'll do for a finite time and then be done with it.
It's gonna be tough if you have that approach.
Adopt PE as a lifestyle and keep working at it. It should be like brushing your teeth or eating your food.
Read up on the theories of PE, get more invested and ask questions.
Keep yourself involved in the loop, help others out and obviously keep PEing.
Remember, if it were easy, everyone would do it.
Current- 6.2-6.5x4.5 (baseball penis)
S.T. goal-7x5.2 Uniform girth, 5% body fat.
L.T. goal- 8x6 and I just want her eyes to go wide and say "wow, that's big" and itch to talk about me and Junior to her girlfriends.
I'm 21 now, I hope my dreams come true by the time I am 27.

It took a second attempt from me as well. It's especially hard when the Novelty wears out. However, add some more pleasure exercise such as Edging at end of your work out to make it less of an exercise. PE now kind of is my substitute to porn and pointless masturbation. If some one like me that has a young family can do it. Even means waking up at 4am in the morning for a hour of exercise and then prep breakkie and lunch for the kids. It is still worth it.

Yea. The more you want something, the more you're willing to "pay the price" for it. Even if that means sitting down and tugging on your peen for hours at a time.
