Hey guys, I've been doing the JP90 routine since I joined the forum. Since January I could gain almost an inch in BPEL and some minimal gains in NBPEL and MEG too. Thank you guys for that!
But now, at the sixth month doing this routine, I realised it's not giving me gains anymore. I know gains start to get harder to reach as the time passes, but I'm wondering if it's not time to change my routine.
What do you guys think?
