  • Month PE and NO Gains?

    Hey, guys I have checked my stats and I have not gain anything in length. As for girth I did not check but I will measure again this thursday to be sure on my measurements.

    I always wait 3-4 hours to masterubate after my routine. I usually masterubate at least twice a week or 3 times a week.

    My routine has been this:

    Exercise#1. Basic Stretch.
    3 Sets Of 5 Reps for 30 Seconds

    Exercise#2. Circle Stretch.
    25 Reps To The Left And Right.

    Exercise#3. Downward "Wet" Jelqing.
    10 Minutes. I usually don't count my jelqing strokes because I like to go slow as possible, but there has been times when I would jelq really fast at the stroke.

    Exercise#4. Kegels.
    20 Sets Of 3 Reps For 5 seconds.

    Exercise#5. Edging.
    15 Minutes.

    Max days off I have had been 2 to 3 days in a row of rest. Or one day on and one day off.

    These are my measurements from the first day I started this routine and my length has not changed but I will measure again this thursday.

    My - Measurements
    BPEL: 5 and 7/8 inches.
    NBPEL. 4 and 7/16 inches.
    BPFLS: 6 and 1/16 Inches.
    MEG: 4 and 7/16 inches.

    I have been thinking about implementing Bibs Lot Theory and TGC Theory for a new routine and moving my jelqs to 15 minutes instead of 10 minutes.

    As for my PI's. With in the first 2 to 3 weeks of my training I have been feeling more horny. I aslo had more boners but this was do to looking at porngraphic images. Lately my PI's have not been that great and I lost that urge in my arousal. Maybe because of masterubation.

    What do you guys think I should do?
    And what would you do if you were me?

    Stop with porn its not a good habit to masturbate on porn It fuck with Your Mind and Your perception of sex and also cause ED and loss of special energy . So stop It and no masturbation for one week you Will see Your libido coming back , its Like smoking and tryin To run a marathon dude , porn is Like a very bad Cig .

      Stop porn. And 1 month is not long enough to measure gains. Do 3 months then measure.

        How long have you been doing this routine? It seems a bit light to me. Start increasing the intensity and time exercising.

            Updated my routine. What do you guys think and what do I need to adjust?

            Exercise#1. Bundled Stretch.
            1 Set Of 2 Reps For 2 Minutes.

            Exercise#2. Basic Stretch.
            3 Sets Of 5 Reps For 60 Seconds.

            Exercise#3. Circle Stretch.
            30 Reps To The Left And Right.

            Exercise#4. Wet Jelqing.
            15 Minutes.

            Exercise#5. Edging.
            20 Minutes.

            Exercise#6. Kegels.
            20 Sets Of 3 Reps For 10 seconds.

            And here are my new Measurements and it also looks like I might of gained a little in girth with some changes.

            NBPEL: 4 and 1/4 Inches.
            NBPEL: 4 and 1/2 Inches.

            MEG: 4 and 1/2 Inches.

            How should I update my routine?

              I know that all my friends masturbate once a day and they are still always super horny, I use to do that to but now I don't because I find PE and porn don't mix well together. Anyways I don't think porn gives ED otherwise every guy would have ED, so many people masturbate daily or at least a few times a week, but for the sake of PE I would try watch less.
              Starting: NBPEL: 5.25, MEG: 4.125

              Short term Goal: NBPEL: 5.75, MEG: 4.5

                It took me about nine months before I started seeing gains.

                  Seriously? Have you not checkes the ED forums here? ED is caused by porn desensitizing you to a real woman. Jerking off everyday makes your dick not be able to get as hard as possible. When you are a 20 year old kid, you can jerk off everyday. Just wait til you are 28 and then you are crying about ED.

                      Yah I'm at 2 months and have seen no gains, besides in the bathmate. Well my flaccid is much better. This is a long term commitment, it takes a long time. Don't get discouraged.

                      And having finally read through the rest of the posts... I'm exactly 28, and I masturbate once or twice a day to porn... Hmm.. I do have a harder time getting rock solid erections too. Maybe there is something to that..

                        Yeah, I am only 22 and have a hard time getting hard erections and of course at my age my eq could be a lot better. Probably because of porn

                              I think blaming porn and masturbation for not seeing gains is silly. Porn isn't an issue as long as you're not addicted to it and masturbating furiously multiple times a day.

                              My guess is that 1. you're not using enough intensity, and 2. you're being too impatient. This is a long term process. Some people see results quickly, some people see results after 9 months like a previous poster. The fact that you're measuring after just a day of changing your routine is what indicates that you're being impatient.

                              Keep at it, consistency and dedication is what will garner you results.
                              As of September 5th, 2018:
                              BPEL: 6.25"

                              NBPEL: 5.75"
                              MEG: 4.75"

                              Going for 8x6!
