Hey, guys I have checked my stats and I have not gain anything in length. As for girth I did not check but I will measure again this thursday to be sure on my measurements.
I always wait 3-4 hours to masterubate after my routine. I usually masterubate at least twice a week or 3 times a week.
My routine has been this:
Exercise#1. Basic Stretch.
3 Sets Of 5 Reps for 30 Seconds
Exercise#2. Circle Stretch.
25 Reps To The Left And Right.
Exercise#3. Downward "Wet" Jelqing.
10 Minutes. I usually don't count my jelqing strokes because I like to go slow as possible, but there has been times when I would jelq really fast at the stroke.
Exercise#4. Kegels.
20 Sets Of 3 Reps For 5 seconds.
Exercise#5. Edging.
15 Minutes.
Max days off I have had been 2 to 3 days in a row of rest. Or one day on and one day off.
These are my measurements from the first day I started this routine and my length has not changed but I will measure again this thursday.
My - Measurements
BPEL: 5 and 7/8 inches.
NBPEL. 4 and 7/16 inches.
BPFLS: 6 and 1/16 Inches.
MEG: 4 and 7/16 inches.
I have been thinking about implementing Bibs Lot Theory and TGC Theory for a new routine and moving my jelqs to 15 minutes instead of 10 minutes.
As for my PI's. With in the first 2 to 3 weeks of my training I have been feeling more horny. I aslo had more boners but this was do to looking at porngraphic images. Lately my PI's have not been that great and I lost that urge in my arousal. Maybe because of masterubation.
What do you guys think I should do?
