    Hello,

    I would like to ask about one thing. Is it worth to use 3 of technics at the same time?

    I mean Pump + jelq + extender

    Is it make better results? Now I'm only Jelqing but I thinking about it. Is it easier to get injuiry in case like that?
    Is it worth to do all of these methods?

    Could somebody ''pro'' help me with it?

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    Devices should wait until you have conditioned your dick.


    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Extending, pumping, and Jelqing are the techniques that served me well. However, you may find that the manual routines work well for you and think of all the money you will save.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      I have just finished the JP90, which I am going to continue doing, but I have thought about doing an extender plus pumping.

      I'm curious if anyone else does all three?

        I think one of the best workouts is pump, clamp, jelq. Do 10min each 3 times. Your dick will never be so big. But be very careful.

        Even just 10min pump, 10min jelq, 10min pump, 10min jelq, 10min pump, 10min jelq would be a good workout.

        Give it a try.
        Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

        Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

        Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

          I still need to buy an extender and pump.

          I was thinking of doing half my JP90 workout, then wear the extender, then do the second half of JP90 workout, then pump 30 minutes, then kegel, then edge.

          That seems like a great workout! It might be too much at once though so I'll have to probably build up to do it all.

              More then one form of excersize is a good thing but keep an eye on your positive indicators so not to over do it. Injury really knocks your Pe time back and can take weeks to heal, not only that but can also leave marks on your unit/ glans that may not disappear.

              Try to seperate the girth work until after length gains are done. Bathmate is good but do it at the end of the routine. I found pumping before routine although looking nice proved it harder to put the desired stress on the penis being of more plump state making it a lot harder.

              Read the beginner links and you will come across all the abbreviations and how to measure correctly
