Hi!Iam Back again !I want to post my new routine which works effectively for me ...and iam a veteran in PE also :
12 AM
1.Simple warm up with hot towel
2.Extender for 3-4 hours at 900-1200 pressure
3.After the extender I apply hot towel and start an 20 min routine which includes:
a.Stretching in all directions for 3 min.
b.Press your dick at the centre of your shaft while you stretch it in all directions (3 min)
c.Downward jelqs for 3 min.(standing posistion)
e.Pressing the penis with your palms at the centre for 45sec(3-4 sets)
f.Wet jelqs for 3 min.
g.Move your hands(milking) very slowly to the center point of your shaft(3 min)
4.Warm down with hot towel for 10 min.
12PM(Before bed)
5.Warm up and I use bathmate for 10-15min at max pressure.
*You can use traction wrap for 2-8 hours to speed up the gains of your extender
*Try increase the time of your bathmate session at 20 min as the time goes
*Make sure you take 2-3 off days(Do nothing)
