  • Girth-length routine!

    Hi!Iam Back again !I want to post my new routine which works effectively for me ...and iam a veteran in PE also :
    12 AM
    1.Simple warm up with hot towel
    2.Extender for 3-4 hours at 900-1200 pressure
    3.After the extender I apply hot towel and start an 20 min routine which includes:
    a.Stretching in all directions for 3 min.
    b.Press your dick at the centre of your shaft while you stretch it in all directions (3 min)
    c.Downward jelqs for 3 min.(standing posistion)
    e.Pressing the penis with your palms at the centre for 45sec(3-4 sets)
    f.Wet jelqs for 3 min.
    g.Move your hands(milking) very slowly to the center point of your shaft(3 min)
    4.Warm down with hot towel for 10 min.

    12PM(Before bed)
    5.Warm up and I use bathmate for 10-15min at max pressure.

    *You can use traction wrap for 2-8 hours to speed up the gains of your extender
    *Try increase the time of your bathmate session at 20 min as the time goes
    *Make sure you take 2-3 off days(Do nothing)

    Excellent. What kind of gains did you experience? Did your EQ fluctuate?

      One of the things we often say about PE is that, unlike weight lifting and other workouts, pain should be avoided. This is especially true since it puts us on the sidelines where there are no gains really made.

      I'm curious about your bathmate for 10-15 minutes at max pressure.
      I'm a beginner to pumping and I am still trying to figure out how to condition myself for pumping without a lot of bruising.

      Have you experienced bruising in your pumping in the past?
      What is maximum pressure and how quickly do you try to pump to that point?

        I dont measure yet but it kinda works especially with some supplements like triblus,damiana,ginko etc

          No bruises from bathmate...but from extender when i hit 1200 tension !If you have a good condition you will have no problems with this routine!As i said i was a hanger veteran(btc) ..with big gains!

              * I include also some erect bend stretches upwards and downwards for 30-40sec

                Cool. I've just bought an extender and I'll try to use it for 3 hours or so, I don't think I can do the 6-8 hours they recommend.
                Also, you can try adding some Ulis after pumping, I've did it in my last pumping session and it was like "wow".

                I'm still taking easy with devices because I just reached 2 months of begginers routine.

                  For me extender for 8 hours is painfull .. lol!It is better to combine 1 hour hanging istead of this!

                              If you mean the sessions of extender...you want only 5-10 min rest every 30-1 hour!
