    Hi there

    I am new to the PE thing and have a silly question..
    I see everyone heats up there Johnson before working out.
    I have made myself a rice sock and have only used it twice.
    How important is it to warm up your member before a workout.

    Some people dont warm up, but i would never do anything without first warming up,you prevent injury and get a much better workout from it.Im a strong beliver that heat is a key part it making gains aswell.

      I believe that it is really important at leat when you are first starting, especially to prevent injury.

        Not only is it logically safer but if you compare a non-warm up session with a warm up session you'll find that you get a much more promising reaction from your penis.

        I NEVER PE without a 15-20 minute warm-up.

        However, like mentioned above not everyone feels the need to warm-up before exercise and still see results - although they are risking a much higher chance at injury.

        My verdict, just do it, mate!

          Thank you so much for the feedback.
          Gues it only make sence before a workout to warm up.
          I just thought that maby starting with a light workout could pass as warming up also.
