    Would doing to two different routine as Monday and Tuesday warm up, Power stretch, Ulimate Jelq, Sit and Stand Stretch and warm down Wed off day Thursday and Friday Warm up, Erect stretches, Mini Jelq, Erect quenches, circular stretch and warm down Sat and Sun off day. Would doing two different routine cause a problem or could aid in development. Any suggestions?

    seems very intense for a begginer! try jp`s begginer routine its a begginer routine or a reason you need to condition your penis first or you will cause injury alot of people have and you dont want to be damageing your dick as you can imagein theres great gains to be made from them aswell have a look at it and take it from there but the routine you suggested is far to intense for a begginer nd dont think by me saying that , cause its intense it will give good gains you must condition your self first! good luck on your journey buddy
