I love clamping and what it's done for my girth and stamina.
About a year and a half ago I began doing some longer clamps...from a continuous 15 minute clamp, I gradually increased the time to 30 minutes...then 45...and finally to more than 60 minutes.
Big warning to anyone thinking about this...Clamping can be done safely, but you have to begin slowly and watch your PIs. These longer clamping sessions should not be done by anyone who is not well conditioned to clamping. You also have to use common sense! If anything seems wrong, STOP and get the clamp off!
I have not had any bad experiences when clamping, but I followed all the guidelines here at PEGym when I first started.
Kickinthemebs and I seemed to both get into these longer clamping sessions together. We posted a lot about our sessions as we gradually increased the time, cautioning everyone that you need to back off the tension a few clicks from time to time...and always be focused on your PIs and how everything feels.
All that said, I have a question...whether your clamping, hanging or jelqing for any length of time, boredom can be an issue...
I never thought I could get bored while clamping, but 20 minutes can seem like a long time...and 45 minutes or more...that's a lot of time...
So to avoid boredom, what do you do?

Definitely similar, but I bet we all do different things to combat boredom depending on whether we are hanging, clamping or jelqing...

Depending if I have a free hand or not, I tend to just mix my routine up. It's just not ideal for finding out what works well or not thou. My clamping sets were only 10 minutes max thou.

I have never found clamping boring! Perhaps because it feels so good?
This morning might sound boring, though. I did 17 minutes of nonstop stroking...edging which might sound boring. But edging while extremely erect and incredible hard, with a clamp full on, is anything but boring. Using this as a new form of stamina training is very intense...I will see if this ever gets boring, but I doubt it will. To maintain the challenge of aggressive stroking while not going over the edge, I plan to heighten the sensual challenge by adding more lube...and then by adding the sensual and visual challenge of going from stroking to thrusting through my ok grip. Very visually stimulating when viewing from the side while my shaft is really engorged.
