    Hey PE dudes,

    Dunno about you guys, but I have to be honest with myself. I hate jelqing. It's too much of a hassle...you have lube dripping all over the place, your penis gets too erect, too soft, your penis suddenly gets cold...Jelqing is too repetitive. I just dont want to deal with it.

    I'm shooting for a stretch-only routine.

    1)Warm up
    2)Powerful 5 way stretch with kegels. Place an OK grip below the glans but make sure you trap some blood into the glans for a better grip, so when you pull, there is a minimal amount of blood being forced into the glans. IMO, pulling sideways gives you a fantastic inner penis stretch. Get a good 20-30 kegels for every direction you stretch in (left, right, straight out, up, down). Pull hard enough, like a man (if you are experienced enough).
    3)Fulcrum stretch for inner penis (also known as mandingo stretch). Place an OK grip below the glans (and trap a bit of blood). Now rotate your wrist so that your glans is pointing downwards. Your shaft comfortably wraps around the exterior of your thumb. In fact, somebody posted a picture of this stretch but it is WRONG. I'll post pics later. Do 30 Fulcrum stretches JAI style.
    4)5 way stretch with kegels again
    5)Tunica tugs x 20
    6)Ligament massaging. Locate your ligs (right where your penis connects into your body)...massage them a bit. play around, see if there's anything interesting you can do.
    7) Warm down

    In fact, I do this routine a few times (and it doesnt overtrain me).

    You can throw in some more length exercises, why not. Just make sure you know your limits.

    Forgot to mention,

    Once you finish a good stretch, lightly jelq some blood back into the glans. Gotta keep the blood flowing in and out

      Well I do have to agree that Jelquing is a bit of a hassle. I think this will work out very well for you although I'm not an experienced PE'er I think you can avoid jelquing and still get great gains.

                I'm all about stretching as well. You can do several routines a day of just stretching... at least I woudl imagine since I stretch throughout the day and do my routine with no over training taking place.
                Starting stats:
                BPFL: 4" MFG:4" NBPEL: 5.5"
                9/15/09 - NPBEL: 6.2" MEG: 5"
                3/10 ***NEW BPEL: 6.7" - Stopped
                -----------------
                1/24/12 - started again.
                NBPEL: 5 3/4" BPEL: 6 3/8' BEG: 5.75" MidEG: 5"
                New Goal for 2012. BPEL: 7", MEG 6".

                      Personally, I think Radio knows he couldn't do that, hell Radio, I was just reading how Aaron Kemmer thanked you in his book, and you go farting around with this "stretch only" BS?

                          My stretching routine is:

                          5 way stretches 45 seconds with at least 2 sets of rotators and helis.
                          3 1min tunica tugs. (doing these prior to other stretching i feel allows subsequent stretches to actually stretch more.)
                          3 1 in assisted wrist stretch
                          5 min downward stretches and straight back stretches.
                          Sometimes I add a couple of Mandingo stretches.

                          I also stretch throughout the day. Mostly downward, and tunica tugs (i know hardcore right), but my tunica sucks, I think I' one of those three-layer-tunica guys. fuck me.

                          I'm all about the downward stretches, I feel much more stretched out after a workout when I incorporate them.

                              I totally forgot about this thread!

                              I am really lazy..but I'll take pics of this stretch as soon as I get the chance.

                              I was able to stretch out a little bit of inner penis...I have some minor length gains..will post more about this
