    Hi Gymnasts,

    I hope you are well!

    I'm curious...were there any PE exercises that you read about or read other fawning about only to find out that they did not work for you at all?

    For me, the Lazy Man Stretch hurts my EQ and morning wood. It does nothing beneficial to me at all.

    Your turn...what exercise(s) have hurt your gains/PIs than helped them?

    I forget the name of it, but it's named after some porn actor. It's the one where you twist the shaft one or two rotations, then pull. That never worked for me.

    Jelqing doesn't do anything for me, either.

      Pumping for me actually hurt my EQ and it was all relatively light. Thought it would be promising. I did use and air pump tho.
      Starting: 6.5x4.9

      Current: 7.5x5.75

      Goal: 8x6++

        What yo described is a bundled stretch. They worked wonders for me.

        I didn't seem to gain any from extending, but I will say that I probably didn't give it enough time to see results. There were other methods that produced gains quicker for me.

        This thread should be interesting. I think it will point out again that what works for one guy will not necessarily work for the next.

          Aye, I agree...I am curious to see which of the popular ones are ineffective to others?

            Improper exercises technique is certainly a factor, but there is some truth to the fact that what may work for one may not work for the other.
            To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

              Could it be the Mandingo stretch?

              Well in my case I can't seem to get much out of the side-side stretches. Neither any stretching feeling nor any measurable gains. I did pay attention to my technique but who knows..
              I am a beginner of sorts but this is my experience.
              Initial: 12.2 x 11.5 (BPEL)
              Current: 16 x 12.7 (BPEL)

                  V-jelqs never did anything for me. i found them awkward from the beginning and honestly abandoned them before I was a month into JP90. Can't honestly say they were ineffective, since I never really gave them a chance, though.

                    V Jelqs were useless to me as well, clamping didn't help much except maybe give me more temporary veins. I don't remember how long i did it though. And the jelq free routine would give me 1/16 in length one week then that would just turn into girth the next week and would jump back and forth every week. Very strange, I still today wonder if that should tell me something (ie length first girth second).

                      Putting this in reverse I found edging helped my growth a lot but it doesn't seem to help everyone.

                        V jelqs, could never get the hold of them. Hell even basic jelqing never worked for me until I started retracting my turkey neck back with one hand and only jelqed with the other

                          I experienced the same when it comes to jelqing. Methinks a lack of skin can be a problem with PE.

                            Interesting, I got turkey neck from JP90 i believe, and I never saw any girth gains from it. I may try that and see if it helps me.

                              excellent. I have been recently experimenting with the Newbie phase again since I never really jelqed prior to now. I seem to be getting a nice pump/post-workout-hang.

                              I got the idea from here at PeGym actually when I stumbled upon some old posts by members here. I use an inverted V at the base of my penis, up against pubic bone and Jelq with an overhand OK grip up to glands, in a downwards motion.
