When is a penis considered big as far as bpel and meg?

I'd say that anything above 7.25" in NPEL and 5.8" in MEG is big. Most porn stars tend to be around that range.

Completely unscientific, but imo

Average: 5-6 BPEL 4.5-5 MSEG
Above Average: 6-7 BPEL 5-5.5 MSEG
Big: 7-8 BPEL 5.5-6 MSEG
Huge: 8+ BPEl 6+ MSEG

Gonna vary with fatpad and a 7 incher is gonna look a lot bigger if you're short or skinny. Then we get into length/girth ratios and all that, like I have a long penis but it's average girth and there's guys who're an inch shorter than me but over an inch thicker who I'd say are bigger. Veale's research says that 14.2 cm x 12.5 cm (5.59 in x 4.92 in) will put you in the top 25%, while 15.2 cm x 13.2 cm (5.98 in x 5.20 in) will put you in the top 10% for erect penis length. Not sure if that nbpel or bpel, since it was a meta study, so they couldn't control for measurement methods.

Herbenick et al. find an average of 14.15 cm x 12.23 cm (5.57 in x 4.81 in). In their sample the top 25% was 16 cm x 14 cm (6.30 in x 5.51 in) the top 10% was about 18 cm x 15 cm (7.09 in x 6 in). Their study seemed to rely on self-reported measurements, though.

Though the better answer to your question is "big according to whom?"

I agree with you on the nbpel part but I think those standards are way too high. I mean lex steele and danny d, two of the longest in the porn industry is about 8.5 nbpel, i don't think you have to be a lex steele to be considered big to most females out there. And mandingo is 9.5 nbpel which is even more rare. I don't think there are much guys out there his size or bigger than him. This sounds about right to me. Of course, length and girth vary, so things can fall in slightly different categories depending on the person (eg. someone who is 8.5" long and 5.5" girth would still be huge, as would 6.5" long and 6.5" around).

With my own current stats around 7.5-7.75" BPEL (around 6.5" NBPEL) and 5.1-5.2" MEG, I think I fit somewhere between the above average to big line.

Flaccid is actually harder for me to accept, as 6.5" pressed or 5.5" hanging should be big to huge I guess, but I only see that as above average (maybe) as well. To me a flaccid hang of 6" would be big and one of 7" would be huge, as would flaccid girths of 5" and 5.5-6" if paired with the lengths above.
