Thread: Erect stretches?

About 6 months months ago Iwas reading up on PE befor I new about this site,and I came across some ecersises and one of them was erect stretches.
Basicaly you get 100% erect and you slowly push down on your dick till you feel a nice stretch in your ligs,you can also go left and right.
So im wondering if anyone has herd of these,have you tried them,and are they safe?
Ive done them a few times and I can feel a stretch but I would like and expert oppinion

I have to say it really doesn't sound like a good idea to me. In theory, as long as you aren't bending your tunica albuginea and only stretching your ligs then it's OK, but I wouldn't try what that site recommends - at least until someone with more medical knowledge tells me why it's OK.
Just to emphasize, never ever bend your penis itself. Some people (and some PE sites) recommend this as a real exercise, but it's NOT. It's dangerous, and I've heard of people having bad accidents by doing these so called "erect bends".Physiological Indicators (the original post)

I do them and I think they work. 85% erect works best for me.

Thanks cernunnos, ive herd about the erect bends but thats not what I mean.

Sounds like super kegels or erect fowfers which i don't reccommend for newbies.

Just don't shove that thing back in the wrong direction!!! Might shorten it!!!
Actually though, it sounds like a good idea, in that if you do things in ALL directions, it is generally better.
Like the idea that we PE'ers should do reverse kegels as well as regular ones.
