  • Too much?

    So I been learning about new techniques when it comes to PE and I'm really interested in trying kegels and clamping. My PE sessions are about 45 to an hour (5 minute warm up, 15 minutes stretch, 15 minute bathmate pump and 15 minutes jelq).

    I'm thinking about adding kegels and 15 minute clamping before bed. Do you guys think that I will be overtraining?

    Btw I'm splitting the sessions, 1 session in the morning the other session before bed

      I would only add moderate amounts of one or the other and run with that fr a short time. Monitor Erection Quality.
      My thinking is it gets difficult to troubleshoot poor EQ, if you have added more than one item over a time span.

        I think the way you have it outline is good, even great.

        Kegels -> stretchs 15min -> jelqs 15min-> Pump 15-20min

        I dont see anything wrong. However, clamping is pretty powerful, idk if its smart to add it on top of all this. Make sure you are conditioned. It could result in negative PI's.
