    What is a good kegel routine for a beginner?
    BPEL: 17, 17.5, 18, 18.5, 19, 19.2
    EG: 13.3,

    Excellent question.....

    In short, one that includes both Kegels (strength exercise) and Reverse Kegels (stretching).

    So, there are Front Reverse Kegels stretches (for the BC muscle) and there are Back Reverse Kegels (IC/PC muscles). Everyone is different and you need to know the state of your Pelvic Floor before you can come up with a really good routine.

    I might suggest that you look in the Premature Ejaculation Forum for some additional knowledge on the topic of Pelvic Floor. There is a lot of good information out there...
