The question in the title says it all, but I want to add how I'm thinking in using these devices:
- Pump daily, starting with low pressures.
- When the pumping is done, put it in a large extender and do 4 sessions of 15 mins, in which I start with low pressure, and then I up the pressure until a med/high pressure in the last session. Before upgrading the pressure between sessions, 5 min of heating the penis still while stretched.
- Put it in an ADS for the rest of the day.
- Not more often than twice a week, some manual PE: jelqs, stretches, ULIs and exercises for flaccid size.
Has anybody tried a routine like this? How do you think it can work? I'm thinking in doing this, and I think it may work good since pumping increases temporarily my size, and I work over that size and hot tissues when I add the extending force.
And after this, having an ADS keeping there the increased size, should be perfect for the tissue healing and, therefore, increasing the size.
Over years of intermitent, normally short PE periods, I have already gained ~1 inch in length and ~0.5 in girth (from 19 to almost 21.5 cm, and from 13 to almost 14.5 cm). Do you think it's feasible to add a full inch in length (2.5 cm) and half an inch in girth, in a year, using this method? Maybe more, maybe less?
