  • Reverse kegals during sex

    I have recently found reverse kegals and they are amazing. When doing them I am 1/4 inch larger in girth, hard as a rock and feel every vein like a pipeline going through my erection.

    So I decided to give them a try to do while having sex. They were great and I noticed my wife could tell the difference through her reaction as well. The problem is everything feels so much more intense while doing the reverse kegal that I can't last long at all whole doing it.

    Will I gain stamina in time with this?
    Will my penis ever be able to get this hard and fat without doing a reverse kegal with exercises?

    Reverse kegels are supposed to give MORE stamina because it relax the pelvic floor muscles, while regular kegels makes you ejaculate faster.

      I experience the same effect with RK's. The cause is high arousal. When you feel ejac start to enter your pipe do a hard kegel(10 sec or so) to stop yourself from ejaculating. You will experience a dry orgasm if your timing is correct.

            RK is meant to push back the ponr? It's sound more like you maybe doing a normal Kegal?

            It could also be possible that if you are doing a lot of RKs that your muscle might be tired and can have a reverse effect. Fixed with rest of course.

              In my trainings I noticed that when I'm near the PONR doing an RK will make me ejaculate faster (because it pushes the semen out just like it does when you pee). If I hold them before the PONR in an attempt to prevent IKs it increases my stamina.

              Now to stop the ejaculation with a kegel will demand a very strong BC and PC, I could do it only once. Sometimes even squeezing the muscle with my fingers will not stop the ejaculation completely and I drip a bit of cum.

              And yeah it's cool how an RK makes my D bigger, but I have to be at 100% erection so I get an extra, let's say, 5% of erection. While a regular kegel can boost the EQ even if you're just semi-hard, but for a shorter period of time and at the cost of bringing PONR faster.

                I'm doing reverse kegals. I push out as if pushing out pee. Kegals I clinch I guess as if cutting off urine.

                Also I recently discovered rk's, so no. I only started doing them. Maybe the other way around. Maybe I did too many kegals in past without reverse kegals.

                Anyway, I don't see how a rk can hold back your ejaculation. It's pushing out. Kegals do that. Also, the reason it feels better and more intense is all the penis is filled with blood and veins popping out. So I guess that's why you feel everything more. Anyway whatever I'm doing feels great, only wish it would last longer like that. Even when I release reverse kegals I keep a bit of the pump for a bit. Kind of like a temporary gain.

                  Yes this is a common effect .

                  To use rk to increase stamina use them well back from ponr .

                    As far as timing during sex, let's say you start to get the slight tingling sensation and the PORN is a ways away but you can feel it approaching. Do you stop thrusting, RK, and then continue when you regain control or should one be able to RK and keep thrusting.

                      You can use RK while thrusting. The best way I found is controlling your breathing. When you inhale, push down the BC with your belly, when you exhale, push down with your abs.
                      If you feel the PONR (a stronger contraction on the BC), lower the speed or stop for a brief time, do a strong RK with your abs (the movement is similar to when you have a flu sneeze, belly contract and push down, pelvis expand). Then you should stop that strong contraction and keep going.

                        Just hope you don't push out a turd by accident when you are doing reverse kegels. Might over do it and bam, there it is.

                            Are you basically reverse kegeling the entire time but then increase the strength of the RK when you feel the PONR is approaching?
