  • What raises EQ?

    Hey guys.

I'm a 29 year old smoker, pretty inactive, diets not so great but nevertheless I've started JP90 and I've been at it for a couple of months but seen no gains yet not even EQ.

What would make the biggest difference in my EQ? Cardio, weights, better diet?

I honestly just want to get to the bottom of this sooner rather than later as sometimes it feels like I have absolutely no sex drive and I don't even feel as if I have a penis.

Oh and I've been relying on Viagra too, if that makes a difference.

    I'd appreciate any advice here...

All of what you've mentioned would be valuable, but focusing on progressive stamina training would help you to target EQ gains directly.

      Is that like edging etc?

I have a question Big Al, if I stop using Viagra and do all of those things am I likely to be able to get an erection naturally?

I'm only 29 and I don't consider myself terribly unhealthy.

That depends on the nature of your issue. In your other posts you complain of deterioration-curiously at the time you stopped training. Unless you had an injury or radical change in lifestyle there shouldn't be a physical cause. Have you considered the potential mental component in all of this?

An injury is possible, everything else is the same I havent changed much apart from not lifting weights.

Are you saying it could all be in my head? I know my flaccid size is smaller for definite and I don't get spontaneous erections or morning wood much anymore and when I do it's not strong like it was...

          Cardio
          Weights
          Diet
          Jp90
          Multivitamins

Will those things definitely help me while I do PE?

Understandably, if the concern and attention paid to the issue is great enough then a psychogenic component might be a likely contributing factor.

They should help, but if you haven't already had a check up for possible causes please do so.

It may help if you could attempt to correlate any outstanding events- even if seemingly unrelated- which occurred when your problems started.

IMO, diet and lack of exercise have little bearing on low EQ. IMO, masturbating to porn is the primary culprit of ED (low EQ) in young men.
There are a lot of fat people in this world that can still get good erections.
Nevertheless, you are unhealthy. Change your lifestyle and chew some nicotine gum and try your best to get off viagra, they give that crap to old people for a reason.

I don't masturbate to porn anymore and I haven't for about 6 months, only occasional sex.

The only thing I can think of Big Al, is that my flaccid size shrunk really small and had no feeling in it and that was also when my erection troubles started. I wasn't doing my routine at that time.

                  Okay:

                  - Diet: non-greasy, oily fatty foods! Give up junk food. Eat clean, eat healthily. Lean meats, lots of vegetable, tonnes of water, pepper, chili, dark chocolate, berries, green tea, cinnamon, etc.

                  - Supplements: Horny goat weed, arginine, and green tea.

                  - Exercise: Weight training and cardio.

                  - DON'T Smoke. Cut back on drinking.

                  - Edging, kegels and jelqing.

So diet and exercise really have no effect on EQ? So how do people raise their EQ then? And what is the point in getting fit then if there is no sexual benefits?

Really hope this isn't true or I'm well and truly screwed. My EQ is terrible and it's not getting better. I've been having the same problems for 4 or 5 months.

Someone else in the thread claims that it doesn't.

I hope it does because I've recently startrd working out in the hopes that this will get my EQ up as I have been pretty inactive for a while and I'm not sure why it's so hard for me to get an erection.

What are your PI's like? If you aren't getting positive ones and are just doing the routine hoping things will improve it is a mistake in my opinion. Maybe continue with the exercise and have a week off (or so) from the PE routine and when you come back maybe try doing a lighter routine. Do you have a log??

those who know themselves have insight.
Those who master others have force,

                            I have a progress log:

                            https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...urney-7-a.html

My goals are 1 inch in length and girth but to be honest I'd be happy to just have good EQ right now.

Thinking of taking a few days off due to negative PI's. Not sure why I'm having these problems but I'm in my late 20s so as you can understand its quite worrying.

just because somebody claims something on the internet doesnt make it set in stone truth man... think about it logically from a health perspective. You really think eating good food and being active DOES NOT have an effect on your penis? Good food and exercise HAS AN EFFECT on probably everything. When men complain about ED to a doctor, one of the FIRST things the doctor asks is how is your diet/exercise...second thing a doctor tells a male is to walk more everyday to combat ED. The fact that having to debate good diet and exercise is beyond idiotic IMO.
