The last several months, like most people the majority of my PE has been at home, sometimes split up between two workouts. But because of the nature of my business, I sometimes spend a lot of time on the road. This past month at least half of my PE has been on the road. Lately I have been clamping under sweats and shorts as I drive or walk through the streets of LA. I'll pull over somewhere, stimulate myself and clamp up for sets of 15 to 20 minutes, practicing squeezes when in the car. Now that I have an extenders, I will be using it in a similar fashion. I was just wondering how many of you are doing similar things as part of your routine?
