I've stopped PE lately so it's not due to overtraining . But ever since I've stopped PE my flacid has got small and hard, actualy the only times it's a hard flacid is when I'm standing up , when I'm sitting down its soft. Also when I'm weight lifting my HF gets really bad but after I go for a jog my unit is really soft and dangly.
Obvisiouly reasons for HF are tight pelvic floor and overtraining PE.
But what are like the main 3 reasons for a HF?
Also I read back on this thread and they were giving this guy with a HF with a low EQ they were telling him to do kegels and hotwraps to help increase blood flow to the area. Now kegels is NOT what you want to do if your HF is from a tight pelvic floor. So what other things out there will cause a HF
