Hello! Been struggeling to master the reverse kegels, always tried to be as relaxed as possible. But just the other day i tried to activate the muscles like when i pee and take a dump. Somehow tenced the abs and tried to push. And the result was amasing, my dick became harder and more erected than ever, and the shaft was covered in veins, it was almost like it was gonna explode 😂 Have been able to do that many times since that, but i have to to it when i am really hard. I am not confusing this with a regular kegel! Is this what i have discovered the "mysterious" reverse kegel or does anybody have any other suggestions?

Pushing to hard (like you're constipated) is a nono. Make sure you aren;t doing that, that's the mistake I made.My WorkARTICLES:

i am no master here but i use a reverse kegel at the end of edging sessions right at the PONR if timed perfectly you will have flowing out with no ejaculation sometimes nearly a full load.goal--Contentment

I experienced similar yesterday!
Sat in front of my PC and decided to do some kegels, I started out with normal ones and really decided to push myself to my limits, I was semi errect at best but I still challenged myself holding it as long as possible. And THEN....
I did some reverse kegels. started out slow but felt my dick filling up more and more until I seemed to be like in something like "the zone" where I could push so much more blood into my dick doing RKs that it felt like my dick expanded more than ever before, even more than when I jelq! it was honestly a crazy experience, I thought I had the power to make that thing explode! I didn't touch it and that thing was bigger than when I jelq. But I had to push really really hard and hold my breath for a longer period to push it out like that. WOW!
Now I have a huge flaccid hang!

A reverse kegel with more intensity I think is engaging the Ischiacavernosus muscle.
More then just the bulge/tenting out relax kinda reverse kegel.

Hello friends, I have always had doubts about the KEGEL REVERSE. Could someone detail how to do it, please?
Someone once told me that it would be the same as pushing for No. 2. And the KEGEL NORMAL would be just like we had the pee in the making.15/03/2017 --- 15/08/2017
