  • How does someone with ED actually do PE and get gains?

    So, I haven't done any PE exercises at all since my initial try, since during it, you need to be hard, at least like some percentage of hard.

    I'm so concerned with figuring out the exercise and making sure I'm doing it properly thats where all my thoughts are, so I'm not turned on at all, therefore I have zero erection. 100% flaccid. My penis is also fairly desensitized I am sure. Simply touching it is not going to get me erect, even from a hot girl. Unless I am mentally turned on, theres no physical act anymore really that involves my penis where it feels so good I'm gonna get hard from it. Besides full penetration or a girl who's very good with her mouth.

    So I'm wondering how guys with ED fair at getting hard for long enough to do the exercises. It takes like 30-45 mins for just a single jp 90 exercise, not sure if thats even including warm up and warm down. How can you guys maintain X% hardness that long? I dont understand it.

    I dont even know if I can get my sensitivity back at this point. Deathgrip and years of masturbation have taken a serious toll. Sometimes I don't even get hard until the point of ejaculation. And even then its only for the duration of the ejaculation, at which point I'm soft again.

    So what do you think for getting around this? Cialis or Viagra?

    I have ED too. I haven't been able to do the exercises either. I réserve using Viagra for sex do to the side effects and expense. I have gained length with the Phallosan but no girth. I'm religious with the Bathmate, 1/2 hour a day at least, but no gains after several months. Good luck. Looking forward to PE gods here advise.

      I have jelqed 'soft', and it can be done and can help.
      Do the best you can, like milking a cows teat.
      You can work on the "Unless I am mentally turned on" aspect as you do your jelqing.

      Sometimes you have to play the game with the cards you have been dealt.
      Avoid the Cialis/Viagra for now.
      Perhaps some wearing of an extender can help you. It did for me.

        No masturbation, no porn, reverse kegels, Hindi squats. Do this for a couple months and see if everything starts to reset. Then try excersizes again.

          It's usually advised to focus on EQ and conditioning first before embarking on an enlargement routine. If your EQ is poor, there's a good chance any size gains will be substandard.

          There are men out there with poor training habits but who've made great gains due to having excellent EQ. Others do everything right on paper, but fail to make gains.

          Something about this type of training- the reps, intensity, exercises, etc. are really just incidental to growth. The most important factor is quality tissue stretch. if you're getting a quality session with relatively few reps, that's better than a poor session with more. With the exception of gains via stretching the suspensory ligaments, this is difficult to accomplish with poor EQ.

            I also have ED and have gained about an inch in length and girth after five years of pumping and extending.

                I've had that thing were it won't get fully hard till near orgasm. It seems backing off porn and not messing with it at all outside urination brought back a more normal response.

                  Anyways I believe a large quantities of ED is due to guys needing their brain rewired to respond to the real thing.
