  • Penis pump or manual which one is better for girth gains

What do you guys think is better for girth gains a pump or jelqs? Wouldn't a pump be better since you get more expansion and isent that what causes growth?

    Do combination of both.
    2011 | BPEL: 6.2, EG: 5.1 |
    1/2016 | BPEL: 7.3, EG: 6.0 |
    1/2017 | BPEL: 7.6, EG: 6+ |

I have never pumped or clamped so take this as hearsay, but from what I've read here and on MoS pumping+squeezes(so pumping then girthwork in sets) and clamping are what really hits girth. Jelqs help some but others report them to be more EQ and not as intense as squeezes when it comes to manual exercises, which given that I only gained girth when I upped the Ulis holds true for me too.
      Start
      BPEL: 6.75-7"(not a good measurement)
BEG: 5ish (not a good measurement)

      Current (4/10/2018)
      BPEL: 8"
      MSEG: 5.375-5.45"

      Goal
      BPEL: 8"+
      MSEG: 6"

Just Ulis, haven't pumped yet. Ulis or various types of squeezes seem to be regarded as more effective than jelqs when it comes to girth and most pump routines I've looked at use squeezes for manual exercises. Only exception is Slow Squash Jelq, but that seems closer to squeezing than a regular jelq.

I use Jelqs only for maintaining good cirkulation for exercises where I need it. I dont use them for gains.

I think you should try the manual stuff before trying a pump! I have a bathmate and I'm not super happy for it.

But ULI's, Horse Squeezes and Slow squash Jelqs are very fun to try ! AND FREE

I did air pumping for over five years and gained over one inch in girth. I also supplemented it with Jelqing.
