I m inspired from my many years experience in sports as an athlete and trainer too(boxing).The basic idea is that when you feel weak and you are about to give up someone of your team pushing you to keep on!I believe pe gym is a big team and from experience some times i reached the spot to give up one post that i red or a support reply gave me the boost to work till i reach my goal.Do you think also is supporting Pe members is important for all of us?

I'd like to think I helped a lot of people on the forum over the years, as I was also helped when I first started. The forum generally goes on the mentality of put out what you have received yourself. It definitely helps keep people on track with their PE too if they feel unmotivated or need some advice.
