  • Taking a break

    I have a new plan wich will change my daily life for the next month or two and I will have to stop doing PE. The break would last for about a month. Maximum 2 months. So I am looking for opnions if this break will be good or bad concerning PE.

    My short story:
    The last gains I got was on November. Then I did a workout for about 1.5 month which consisted of ball stretching, TJ's, Jelqs, V-jelqs and horse squeezes. Also lots of stop and go. I did not gain from these at all. So maybe I could count this my last 1 and half months workout as cementing?

    Idk if I am just worrying too much. Maybe the break will actually turn out to be beneficial.
    BPEL: 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 7.0, 7.2, 7.25
    MEG: 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5

    It could be a good thing if you have hit a plateau that you can't break. Sometime a deconditioning break is needed to allow your penis to return to a state where it is more susceptible to the exercises.

      You can mix into your break, some mild stretching/jelqing.
      That helped me survive any breaks I did.

      Too used to doing something with my Taleywhacker .

            Las are fine during your break. Or just some Jai stretches. Piss pulls can be done anytime. Don't stress about it. The break won't hurt even if you lose a little. I think you will be cemented and can pick it back up when the break is over. Come back with a beginner routine and progress slowly.
