I have a new plan wich will change my daily life for the next month or two and I will have to stop doing PE. The break would last for about a month. Maximum 2 months. So I am looking for opnions if this break will be good or bad concerning PE.
My short story:
The last gains I got was on November. Then I did a workout for about 1.5 month which consisted of ball stretching, TJ's, Jelqs, V-jelqs and horse squeezes. Also lots of stop and go. I did not gain from these at all. So maybe I could count this my last 1 and half months workout as cementing?
Idk if I am just worrying too much. Maybe the break will actually turn out to be beneficial.
