    I'm 23, testosterone levels are right, health overall right, and I need help, my first question is about the EQ quality and the second on how to improve my kegels skills, Im happy with my natural size and currently not looking to improve this and not interested in lenght routines. I apologize if in any moment I show some kind of ignorance or my english isnt the best even if Im trying my best. Thank you guys.

    I'm posting this thread because I'm looking for ways to increase the quality of my erections. I will explain myself. I get around a 10 sometimes 11 o clock almost kind of erection, but with no stimulation, it usually goes soft pretty quick within probably 15-20 seconds (or less depends on how turned on I am) which is usually not a problem during sex because I can keep going for hours if needed, but in the beginning it is a lil pain in the ass when I gotta stop to put a condom on and all that. I also been lacking of morning woods for like a year. Since I started to watch less porn and masturbating less and added some kegels every now and then, I experimented better erections and I went from being able to hold an erection just for 5-10 seconds with no stimulation to even go for like 20 or more, I get hard easier and get some morning woods, but my morning woods are still not that common or raging like year or so ago and I still dont get random boners during the day. I also find it hard to maintaing it if Im not doing a kegel, which Im trying to work on it and just relax the muscles instead.
    So long history short: I want better general eq, specially maintaning the boner and getting better morning woods and more random boners.

    Second problem:kegels.
    I been doing kegels for over a month and I do kegels almost everyday even if I Don’t do a complete routine(somedays I do) and usually I try to do 3 sessions, 10 reps per session. But I find no success or gains when it comes to kegel in all this time. When I kegel, I don’t really feel the muscle unless I’M hard or semi hard or I had a boner and just lost it and I’m soft but not as soft as normally but maybe at 10% erection, then I find it easy to kegel, make it bounce, hold it and all that, but if I just try to go for it and kegel absolutely soft and relaxed no previous erection or anything like that, I don’t feel like I’M doing it right. I can definetely feel the muscle moving if I place my fingers between my testicles and anus, but I feel it move and go back to place in the right moment, I don’t feel like I’M holding it even if I try, but when I’m hard, semi hard or atleast 10% of an erection I can hold it for like 5-10 seconds. So is there something wrong I might be doing, or something I should to to be able to feel it, isolate it better and get it stronger? Should I do some quick kegels being soft even if only can do 1s and can’t hold them, but also do 5s hard-semi hard kegels ? Should I do some towel raises every now and then too? I also tried holding the pee stream and all that a lot of times, makes no difference, I can feel it, I Know what the muscle feels like, but won’t be able to hold the kegel I flex it and it stops flexing right away.
    Can somebody also help me with the “reverse kegels”? I read its the motion you use when you try to let the pee go out or let a fart or number 2 go out, so I Been doing it every now and then during the day and sometimes between kegels, I have also been speeding my pee stream every now and then thinking it might be a way to do them too. But can someone explain me when and how I’m supposed to do them, how many reps or how does it work?

    Porn and masturbation are erection killers. Stay away from porn and masturbate 3x a week at most. I always recommend a 2 week reboot (total abstanation from all stimulation).\

    Kegels need to only be done while erect to have the best benefit, I don't see any point in flaccid kegels. They also should be held for 5 seconds at the start. Reverse kegels have to b e done more than kegels, 30% kegels and 70 % reverse kegels.

      eq kegels harder erections help please

      I’m posting this thread because I was wondering what could I do for a better EQ, I do not look forward lenght or girth, I’m happy with my size but when I got into this forum I was experimenting a problem with my erections, they lasted just some seconds with no stimulation, I had no morning woods and needed stimulation to achieve an erection. I went back to working out and eating better, started to cut down the ammount of porn I watch, and even if I still watch it, I have found good benefits off this and I believe the biggest part of my problem was porn. I now experience harder erections without the need of constantly press my kegel muscles to keep it hard (it still goes down withing seconds with no stimulation, but I feel like lasts way longer than before) I still lack of morning woods often, but I do get some, before I started to follow the advices from my last thread, I was getting absolutely no morning wood for months, now I been getting some every now and then, I still rarely get random boners, but I definetely see an improvement on my erection strenght. I just feel like somedays it still needs some work to do to be as hard as it used to be about a year ago. SOmetimes I still feel like I have to press my kegel muscles to stay hard or it will go down quick, I’m working on this and I have found that relaxing the muscles is working a little sometimes and I believe I can achieve some kind of gain but I still need advice with this subject because I just want to enjoy it all and not be constantly worried about it staying hard and pressing no muscle.
      For now I’m going to cut porn off all together, because I find it makes me less horny when it comes to get turned on by myself or something else. I’m going to try to give masturbation a rest or atleast just cum every now and then and not every day. (Both of this options has worked so far kinda good as I mentioned to me) but still want to achieve a better EQ so I can keep my erections with less stimulation to non stimulation for a longer time (during sex I have no problem with keeping an erection, the problem comes when I have to get a condom on and have to stop whatever we are doing, then sometimes I Lose the erection and becomes a big drama to get it on because sometimes I get anxious about getting it up again and maintain it to get the condom on and all that or when changing the position takes too long, but besides that, I can go over an hour of sex usually and no problems of erection during stimulation or penetration) and I want to keep working on my kegels, but I need some help and guidance with this.

        eq help pls

        I want to give some stats about myself first just in case it can help, I’m 23, I’m getting back into my sports routine after a lazy-off year, I never tried PE and I’m not interested in getting my member any longer I’m happy with my size but I do want and need better EQ, I’m starting to eat cleaner, my testosterone levels are right, my blood samples came right. I started doing edging ever before I knew what it was or even before I knew about any kind of penis exercises because when I masturbate it feels better to hold it to then cum later, so whenever I masturbate I definetely take my time and do it for an hour or close to the hour, sometimes even longer.

        So I have realized that I used to get 12 oclock erections but lately they have been like a 10 or 9 If I’m standing up, I also find it hard to keep it hard without stimulation and I want to increase the angle and make my erection stronger.
        I started to cut off porn and won’t watch it anymore. I find it difficult to achieve an erection just by my own thoughts and no stimulation, I can achieve it easily stimulating myself or texting dirty to my gf and looking at her pictures tho. I also will cut the ammount of times I cum per week masturbating. I started to take kegels serious and even if I feel like I’m bad/weak at it yet, I will keep working on it, and I been doing some towel raises every now and then, should I do reverse towel raises too?

        Since people have suggested me to try ballooning, should I give it a try too?
        My main worry is when I have sex and I have to get the condom on, or change positions or having to stop for some reason, because I can lose my erection with no stimulation and then the condom will come out or whatever, so I want to increase the power of my erection to keep it hard longer with no stimulation.

          @HansTwilight oh lord, sir, you are not only fast at replying but also found your answer SO complete! I'm using an app and I do kegels 3 times a day, its a min per session and the reps are random, some are 5s hold then rest then 3s then 1 then 5s idk its just random, should I keep with that but just start doing it erect? Should I also do towel raises or I shouldnt? So if for example I do 10-15 kegel reps, should I do 20-25 reverse kegel reps? (same time holds?)

          I'm a little bit lost when it comes to reverse kegels since I'm not sure if Im doing them right or wrong, but before I talk more about the subject Im going to take my time to read those links you provided me with.

            Reverse kegels-try to piss in your pants.
            Towel raises are more advanced, I recommend building up to 50 erect kegels increasing the rep by 1 every other day. Work up to 50 reps and then try to cut down on reps and increase holding time, or try towel raises. The rule of thumb is this less is more. You want to do more intensity with kegels and less of them. Reverse kegels are mandatory. If you feel soreness in your PF muscles after kegeling, you are doing too many. Take a couple rest days and start lower. No pain.

              @HansTwilight I found both of the links so interesting and now I have NO DOUBT of how to do them, I dont know how I didnt come to this place earlier, because I been trying to find info all over the next for a while now and in just 1 hour here you got the answers for my questions! Will this help to increase the EQ and help to maintain the erection hard for longer with less stimulation sir? Because stop the foreplay to get the condom on is usually the worst situation for me to keep it up, or when we have to stop for a while for some reason I lose it and the condom will fall off or whatever haha. I been a week off porn and cutting masturbation and I been getting already morning woods, which is impressive because I didnt have those for like a year, they are still not rock hard but pretty decent, my erections are def hard but the problem comes when I have to achieve or maintain with no stimulation. Do you believe this will help?
              Is it normal if I feel it sore around/close to my anus?

                      @HansTwilight I dont know if you can help me with this, but IM kinda scared since its never happened to me before besides when I had a bladder infection time ago, I just masturbated and had premature ejaculation, can this be from doing kegels? can it be fixed? will it happen again? fml
