Hi guys i am new to kegel routines. I've been reading up on this subject recently, including "minuteman's kegel guide." One thing that isnt included on many guides is amount of rest in between kegels. What I have been doing is making the rest time as long as the hold. For example, a 5 second kegel is followed by 5 seconds of rest. A 10 second kegel is followed by 10 seconds of rest. Is this a good rule of thumb?

Also, I do about 10 more rks than kegels to satisfy my 70:30 ratio. How would these fit in my routine. Just do these afterwards?

IMO, rest between reps should be very brief- a "one" count should suffice.Want a FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE
