Would you be able to take something post workout to help gains, like bodybuilding? I dont know the exact process that goes on as your penis heals, but it would make sense that amino acids could help, at least with the smooth muscle. And post workout would be the most "anabolic" part of your penis gains... or at least that makes sense to me. Maybe inject steroids directly into the smooth muscle?
Also I am curious as to whether or not masturbating post-workout would help or hinder gains... or not matter at all. I guess before anyone answers these questions we would have to know the EXACT process that goes on as your penis heals. I know that isn't a top priority for scientists to figure out, but there HAS to be someone on here that can answer it, as there are many very knowledgeable people on this forum....

To start with on the steroids injecting it may help indeed expessialy on girth if its an oil based injectable, but it would be very hard not to inject into a vain on the penis.
Oh for supplments I suggest

I take zinc, whey protein, and a multivitamin after every workout. It seems to help considerably... although it could be my imagination.
