This is a new technique I'm trying regarding Hanging. I read about it awhile ago, and I like it a lot! Hanging a light weight off the end of a rope (not more than 5lbs), standing I spread my legs wide and in slow circles allow the weight to move in circles while hanging. I will do it clockwise, counter clockwise, vertical, and horizontal pendulum swinging movements. What is the point, you ask?
A 360 degree stretch workout!
It is dynamic as opposed to static stretching and you can target more areas that may never be able to stretch because many people's stretch angles never change. This actually 'feels' more effective than almost any other stretching routine I've done. I am really psyched about this and will be updating progress as well. If you are doing manual stretching, this is called 'rotary stretches' if I'm not mistaken and can be effective as well, but your hand tires out before your dick gets its maximum workout.

This is pure awesome. This would make it a lot more fun too. I'm going to try it out.
Anyone ever try using a yo yo, while tied to the head of the rod?

not good idea to use a yoyo string though, it will cut off blood circulation. if you haven't done hanging make SURE you research it first and find a decent device (e.g. pipe repair clamp, see saiyan)6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)
