Some simple either-or questions:
Green tea or black tea?
Ginger or ginkgo?
Which are better? I know they have similar effects, but did anyone feel either were better then the other?
Also, in my whey protein shakes I get roughly 2200mg of Lysine and 500mg of Arginine. Is this enough? I take them in the morning post workout usually five days a week.

You might want a little L-Arginine, but it's not necessary. Remember: supplements are just THAT. They supplement.
Do you have a specific goal in mind? Better erections, for example...
