    Hi !

    I am BPEL 6.1'' x MEG 4'' .
    I am viewing this forum for about month, registered ~2 weeks ago. I am starting to believe in this thing.
    But still i want to know are here 4'' girth guys here, that have been successful in gaining girth.
    i would love to hear some advice/stories from them, am i am the only one with this problem ?
    I just want to be normal average sized guy, and have a normal marriage that's it.

    I started light version of JP 90 few days ago. Will be posting log soon.

    My goals:
    1st. 6.3 x 4.3
    2nd. 6.5 x 4.5
    Ultimate goal 7 x 5

    I was 4" I may even been smaller cuz back then, before pe, I used to measure girth at the base and it was 4". It wasn't till I got on here and several months of pumping that I began measuring correctly.

    I started with pumping if you do that I recommend a air pump. I then went to jelqing and then jelq and pumping combo. Now I'm doing squeezes, uli and pumping. It's been 1.5 years of consistency and I'm hoping to reach my girth goal by the 2 year mark. Either way I'm happy with my progress.

    I'd reccomend you take it easy do the jp90 then work your way up to some advanced workouts.

    Also I have to add that I been wearing a fitted cock ring all day everyday for a long time i don't even remember when I started doing that. Close to a year idk if it helps but I think so.

    Welcome to the gym bud, im working myself on girth as my second priority. First comes healthy penis! Anyways if you are starting i suggest to take V-Jelqs from day one. I have been doing them for about 2 weeks now and i have noticed some girth gains from it. I Really wish i would of done these since day one... but hey im sure it will benefit you as long as you stay consistent.
