Firstly I am almost 21. Is there any possibilty my penis wil grow in size on it's own? I am also looking to take finasteride but am wondering if it can stop penis growth or impact gains from penis training.

Also it is a bit weird but my frenulum/lower part of my penis feels a bit tight. Especially when a girl jerks me or off or have sex so is it possible to stretch it too?
