Well, yesterday I measured my longest I've ever measured at a 100% clear 7.5 inch bpel.
I guess it's cool I've managed to gain but I've been targeting girth exercises and am getting length gains. I don't really want much more length... I like when women rub their clit on my pubic bone during sex cause they can orgasm... too much length you can't do that.
Routine:
warm water shower warm up
Tunica tugs/bundled stretches
Uli's and double erect squeezes
edging and warm down
First, do I need to go harder or go for more expansion? Or should I do the Uli's and double erect squeezes with 75%-80% erection instead of 90%+ to "slosh" more blood around?
I've managed some girth which is great but not nearly as much as I've gained in length... Kind of frustrating.
(My girth decreased from 5.125 back to 5 as of yesterday.. which is now about 1/8 inch girth gain net)Last edited by RedWilly; 05-07-2017 at 05:28 PM.

Good Job, keep working.I have read Sloq Squash Jelq are incredible exercise for girth, if you are conditioned enough.I have tried them here and there and like them a lot.

I just looked up your Sloq Squash jelq. I've actually been doing something similar to that except it was more of the reverse because my base girth sucks.
I absolutely feel expansion doing that. Thanks for your input. I'm going to keep at it for another 6-9 months and if I get another 1/8 - 1/4 inch girth gain that stays I'll be a happy man!
