I was doing a routine for about 3 months which consisted of stretches, a stretches tunica tugs, bundled stretches, ulis and squeezes. I didn't gain girth and possibly gained a bit of length maybe 1/16 inch or 1/8 inch.

The routine got to be too much. I'm now on a routine which consists of the following.

Day one
one set of directional stretches
16 A-stretches (go up in reps every workout) kegals and reverse kegals

Day two
Jp 90
5 tunica tugs
3 sets of clamping
Kegals and reverse kegals

Day 3

Should I continue on this rouitine? Add anything? Go back to hanging?

Seems like I can't find the right formula for me and I've tried everything.
