So I've been jelqing for awhile and have always used porn to keep myself in the jelqing range of about 60% erection. Always have done this because I don't live with very much privacy and must complete my routine in the precious 1 or 2 hrs alone time I can get without being disturbed. I usually do about 400 jelqs with 150 V-jelqs and about 50 half jelqs before I finish off with some ulis and I usually go for 4-5 second jelqs if I can all while using porn intermittently to keep myself erect between roughly 100-125 jelqs. Then its stretching for about 12-15 mins without porn of course. The problem is I quickly lose my erection without porn and dont have time to get myself back up to that level of erection to complete my workout.
1) So is using porn really that horrible for PE?
So at this point it'd be pretty hard for me to cut the porn without basically losing out on effective workouts so I was thinking that maybe I could perhaps use it a little smarter without any horrible effects.
2) For example if I used pictures only, or used them just to get the erection and not to sustain it(similar to what I do right now but with videos in between)?
If not then I'd have to settle for jelqing at a much lower erection level to complete it in a decent time, maybe like 30-40% and my next question would be if jelqing at that erection level is bad?
3) I heard its better to use lower erection levels for length anyway and I am a bit more concerned with length for now but is 30-40% too low?
And finally I was wondering what specifically I could do to improve erection quality in terms of other exercises with or without porn use, this is just a bonus and I know my post is already loaded with questions to begin with but I really need help and am terrified the porn with this PE is destroying me rather than building me.
