Manual stretching can be a really bitch sometimes. You guys who hold the stretch more then 45 seconds now what I talk about.
The last part of the stretching part becomes really hard to do sometimes because of the pain in the hands.
We can better our grip and we can change hand. But in the end it's all about the strength of the grip.
Many rush to hanging because they can't pull hard enough or because they can't stand the pain.
Manual stretching is very important and we should squeeze every gain we can out of it.
That's why we have to strengthen our grip. The more you PE, the more manual stretching will be pain in the ass.
By strengthen your grip you'll be success with the manual stretches without pain in the hand.
Here's a good exercise to strengthen our grip.
Place your arm on your knee. Only you hand should not be on the knee so you can swing it. With the other hand, hold the wrist of the arm on your knee. It's important that the hand is stable and does not move.
Take your weight (start light) and swing the weight up and down slowly. Start with 10 reps.
If you don't notice the workout in the last reps your doing wrong. Maybe you are using to light weights or you are placing your arm wrong.

I think it's an important routine if you want to stick with manual stretching.
If you guys work out in the gym, this isn't necessary.
I'll keep to stretch until I can't gain anymore. But my weak grip is letting me down when stretching.

You can also use a powerball with this,to increase wrist strenth,and so increase your manual streching power,and stamina.

Yhy not do it the simple way: Hand grippers. Everybody has heard of them, and the really do help.
FG: 4.25" +0.45
FL: 5.19" +0.69
EG: 4.75" +0.45
BPFSL: 7.69" +1.58
NBPEL: 7.25" +1.19
