  • Low Intensity + Low Risk GIRTH Exercises

    Any suggestions for Low Intensity + Low Risk GIRTH Exercises?

    I'm still kind of injured but need a low intensity routine for when I'm feeling 100%.

    Heal up man. When you feel like you're ready, I would even take another week... Then condition yourself again with jelqs probably being the best for what you're asking.
    Starting: 6.5x4.9

    Current: 7.5x5.75

    Goal: 8x6++

      Damn. You're pretty much exactly where I'd wanna be in terms of girth.

      What exactly did you do? How long did that take?

        Yeah. I'm going to do some more extending with the ADS, but other than that not much. I plan on resting for the most part.

          Got most of my gains the manual way. Play it safe. You can check my log for all the workouts I did. I credit the Jelq Free routine for most of them.

            Sweet! Where's the link to your log? I tried looking on your profile but couldn't find it.

              I try to be as active as possible and if you have questions I'll try my best to help. But best advice for now is keep healing and don't be too anxious to start up again! I know it's tempting but health is #1!!

                Will take the advice! I'm getting good erections again (finally) but I'm still going to take a month off besides an ADS since it's super low intensity.
