When i do tunica stretches i pull my penis straight out as if a normal stretch then i push with my thumb with good force to the middle of my penis, making a v shape with my penis? am i doing this right? and are there anymore tunica excersizes you guys can tell me.

A tunica stretch is performed by placing the V formed between your index and middle finger. You place said V over the top of your penis at the base pressed as firmly against your pubic bone as possible. You then squeeze V compressing the penis while maintaining the pressure against your pubic bone, you then grab the head of your penis and pull outwards away from your body. This stretch does a lot more then just focus on your tunica, it also targets the shaft skin which is extremely beneficial in helping to prevent turkey neck.Well if you can't be handsome, you might as well be BIG :)

Are there other exercises to work the tunica and also the ligaments?Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.
