I have a diagnosed phimosis yet I can retract my foreskin just below the glans without pain, and an inch under the glans with pain.
When retracted, my foreskin squeezes my penis to a serious degree. If anything it helped me develop a giant CS and glans, in relation to how big my CC's are. And that is good but it's irrelevant.
My frenulum is also significantly shorter. Stretching attempts are painful and I always lose my grip to slide itself over my glans and that is wrong and dangerous.
My question is :
In this particular situation, does the circumcision prevent the grip from sliding over the glans when performing lengthening exercises?
Are foreskin and frenulum stretches successful and in what time span?
Thank you for the replies.

Well, i am circumcised and I also had a lot of trouble with the grip when stretching.
Actually - if I hold the penis near my glans - pain is coming pretty quick, I sometimes struggle with the grip because I actually need to take some distance from the glans!
With that said, I now have no trouble with it since I am much more conditioned and I truely believe that anyone, circumcised or not, can find the right grip for his penis - it will take some time thought
