  • which routine?

    alright guys im currentlty 5.5 inches and i want to get to atleast 6 inches in 2 months. im confused on which routine will help me get to my goal.( i want to manly focus on length gains for right now). so tell me which one you think is better

    5 min warm wrap
    5 min straight manual stretch upwards
    5 min straight downwards
    5 min straight angles
    (i might put in a 100 jelqs too)
    5 min warm wrap

    this is the one im currently on right now:

    5 min warm wrap
    15 30 second manual jelqs in all directions
    200 jelqs
    warm up

    so let me know what you guys think i should do to reach my goal. if you got any routine that worked for u let me no as well. thanks

    i suggest JP's 90 day program, easy to follow and ive already had results in just under a month.
    From what ive gathered, for length stretches are vital, so if you want to make your own routine make sure you incorporate some stretches!

      can you write back what his routine is. i looked it up and its like a 10 paragrpah forum and i dont really feel like reading it all. so if you could just right it like i did for my first post that would be great! thank you

        ok sure thing
        8-10 min warm up
        Stretches- 20 helicopter shakes, followed by stretching your member to the left, held while you do 25 quick kegels. Then without letting go, do 10 big circles in clockwise direction then another 10 in anticlockwise.
        - Repeat that step but stretch penis, right, then straight out, then up, always put 20 helicopter shakes in between each one
        Jelqs- 3 sets of,
        50 'wet' jelqs followed by 30 'v' jelqs. (total of 150 wet jelqs, 90 v jelqs)
        8-10 min warm down

          alright i got a couple of ?'s when u say do 10 big cirles in clockwise direction then 10 in anti do u mean helicopter shakes? and exactly how do u do the v jelq. and how long into this should i start seeing results

            how do you guys like this routine( its pretty much jps but more streches and no v jelq)

            hot wrap
            helicopter shakes (20 sec)
            stretch left(30 sec, kegs)
            circle stretch( 10 clockwise, 10 counter
            helicopter shakes (20 sec)
            stretch right( 30 sec,kegs)
            circle stretch
            heli stretch
            stretch downwards
            stretch circles
            heli
            stretch up ( towards belly button)
            circle stretch
            heli shake
            stretch towards cieling
            circle stretch
            200 jelqs
            hot wrap
            kegs
            i did jps and felt that there wasnt enought stretches involved so i modified it. let me no what youll think
