So after a little bit of research it turns out that Dan Salas and SLE got caught shilling and hustling just like this over on another forum. Guys, do your own reaserch, please!!! I almost fell for this. PMMA is risky enough with a good doctor with legit reviews but to do it based on this sketchy review........... i hope i just saved someones penis!!!!

Yes, to be clear, most posts have been from the standpoint that this is clearly fraud. Under no circumstances should anyone travel to have any surgery in Tijuana, penis or otherwise.

There is a possibility its not a scam.Dont know, there are other people who have done this surgery and the prize is around the same.But some of them regret doing it.I personally cant imagine puting a foreign body into my penis, even though I suppose its absorbable material.But I have 5.3 starting girth.What I will take from this thread is the possible positive response when I make my penis fatter.

Just look at bodybuilders who use pmaa, never looks good. Plus the penis is the LAST place you want scar tissue or loss of sensation.

For someone so "articulate" about PMAA to over simplify the world of Penis Enlargement as "smushing your penis" speaks volumes about YOUR agenda.

There are many very intelligent people here and the fact that people with agendas come here and push dangerous and shady stuff is so amazing.

There is a place for operations. But I would say that is the exception to what is good and not the norm.

Actually, TJ is a popular spot for medical tourism, there are many plastic surgeons the area just after the border.

Corioso many or may not be a Dan Salas shill, but the technique definitely exists.

If he gained just 1" (4.5" to 5.5") then 70cc in of pmma is definitely bs. Pmma is best applied in smaller amounts over several rounds, kinda like several thin coats of paint rather than one heavy one.

I've had several rounds pmma both through Dan (middleman/medical broker) and directly with the doctor.

I spend my time on another PE forum but came here due to a post in that forum.

It is actually a 'procedure' and not 'surgery. My doctors only created one opening in the foreskin under the glans perhaps 1/16" in size so they get the cannula in.

The problem with pmma is that the more volume you get the higher chances you run into irregularities. Those who only get 1 round look and feel like a normal penis. Just like women who get modest size boob implants look more normal.

I have had 3 rounds. I went from approx. 4.75 average girth to 7". Can I pass off as 'normal'? Heck no, but I knew that before hand. I'm older and don't give a frak what people think anymore, so it doesn't bother me.

So far I've had no medical complications.
