My Max PMMA experience

I am a healthy 30 year old from a big city in the US.I have a wonderful gf and have had steady(weekly)sex since college(19).*

I am posting here to clear up alot of missinformation or even worst, the echo chamber that is the PE community.*

My pre-op stats:*
Erect length - 6"*
Erect girth - 4.5"*

I did very little PE as I had an active sex life. I had been told that my penis was "big" or the "perfect penis". I still wanted to push the boundaries for more.I am aware that the above is a completely average penis.*

I had read about PE on and off for at least a decade. Reading myths about Ghengus Khan and his hammock or Arabian nomads with 13 inch schlongs seemed intruiging. I learned about the work of Avanti Derma in Tijuana and the people/process there.*

This month I decided to pull the trigger and get work done. I decided to go with the work developed by Dan Salas and his team. His Max PMMA procedure seemed the most logically sound and researched.*

The procedure was $4,000. This included:*
The procedure itself*
Airport pickup and drop off from San Diego*
Private escort around Tijuana(Pharmacy, food etc) and drop off at your hotel*

50% deposit was paid via PayPal and 50% was delivered in cash at the clinic before the procedure.*

Dan and his team operate out of a clean professional plastic surgery clinic in the heart of TJ.*

The procedure:*
Nurses prep you*
An IV is set in your hand*
You walk into the operating room*
The anesthesiologist administers the drug that puts you to sleep*
1.5 hours later you wake up with a fully erect and swollen penis.*

The material is 30% NewPlastic. Carvaject is applied to sustain erection while you sleep. The PMMA is applied via micro cannula and massaged in. Dan films and takes pictures of the procedure for your review post op. A single stich is placed to ensure the closure of the incision.*

I received a wooping 70cc on this my very first go, and I couldn't be happier!*

On the operating table my girth was 6.4"!

My erect girth is now 5.5" up from 4.5" pre-op.*

After eating an amazing burrito and buying ibuprofen 800mg,Loxonin 60mg and ciproflox 500mg(Total $55 usd)I headed to the hotel where I took a nap. Dan met me at the hotel that night where he explained after procedure protocols and what to expect. He was right about everything. He explained that the swelling would go down but that the meatiness would be back by day 3. He showed me how to wrap and talked about general PE.*

I took one of each pill for three days in the morning and at night. I massaged for 20 mins after my morning shower and 15 mins before going to bed. I kept the wrap on for 4 days. The PMMA followed the same natural conture of my penis. It looks great! I couldn't help myself and had sex on day 7. Sex feels better, but not an intense feeling more like a pyscological feeling of being bigger, and pleasing better. I am definitely more turned on with myself. I didn't see my gf until day 5 so she was none the wiser. I could brush off the change to "natural growth".*

I would suggest making this a week long or 10 day trip to San Diego, where you can heal up and be back like nothing ever happened.*

**I have read alot about granulas and lumps and infection. I wanted to mention that this might be the echo chamber of the PE community I referenced before. Many of you have tried all sorts of things and mashed up your penises a good bit, it also seems like many of you are 40+. I think the Max PMMA technique Dan and his team have developed can bring girth enhancement to the mainstream. I am moderately healthy, young, drink lots of water and did very little PE. I healed in half the time and am amazingly delighted with my results. I was very hands off with the process and it worked out.I supplemented with GNC Utra collegan and a natural collagen builder they offer twice a day, as well as Hyraulonic acid once a night.*

Separately this month I also tried a procedure called scrotox here on the US to lower and relax my scrotal muscles, so my bad boys hang a little lower and feel fuller. I am actually not fully sold on PE lengthening because I am a pretty hard thruster and my gf currently mentions that she doesn't like the cervix stab feeling. I do have a PenisMaster Pro hidden in the closet and might go after an extra 1.5 inches to aesthically even out this new fat boy I got now.*

As much as i want to belive in this, it reads as an advertisement. OP also fails to mention its $4k plus the going market rate per C.C. of PMMA. Here in the US its $500 (according to a thread on another forum) and sounds like arround $50 in TJ. This post did get me to look into this a bit and it just seems to damn good to be true! Anyone with any experience please chime in. Im sure im not the only one dieing to know more! Im up 3/8" (atleast) in BPEL since march with no gains in girth so i guess ill keep stretching for a few more months untill i get some solid info on this.

There is a lot more info on ************* about this procedure.Some have shared their experience.Some is good, some bad.Some regret it, because their penis doesnt feel natural and its more like a rubber.One member says that he has three procedurs, which costs 6k $.Also the members are aware of the possible future infection, because of a different body into your penis.I know one member had to remove some parts of the plastic, because of the infection, and there is no guarantee it wont occur again.I dont think is an ad., 4k seems nornal for such procedure.I personally would never do such surger, but I hope you will be healthy and happy with your dick and sex life.

Not an advertisement. I'm just an articulate person with alot to share. $4000 was my actual quote.

No length increase. Only flaccid legbth increase due to more tissue(collagen) being present.

Salas seems to take the hit on CC's as he doesn't know how much you will take before charging you. I'm sure NewPlastic is extremely cheap so they don't care.

As far as a rubber feel, I don't agree. It feels like a fatter penis. I like the feeling. I guess you can say it feels fleshier/meatier.

Funny thing here guys, is my gf has no clue I had the procedure done. I think to girls an inch increase in girth is totally unoticable. It's more for me, and definitely more mental. I don't regret it and don't typically recommend it. I'm just sharing info that to me it was quick and safe.

Additianl notes: at 30% this means only about 20cc of acutal micro beads are in me. The rest is my own collagen filling out the later between the plastic and skin. The plastic sits between a tissue membrane that separates the actual penile sponge like tissue and skin. You can not feel the plastic. They are micro beads that provide a base for the collagen. What you feel is your own collagen.

My main point of satifaction is that now when I hit it doggy style I can see a more pronounced stretch of her vagina around my shaft. That's all I wanted.

The USA has not cleared any filler for permanent use due to the lack of lifetime data(permanent fillers are so new that no one has had them in thier bodies for more than 25 years yet).

Permanent fillers are regularly used in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Tijuana is a word class city due to it's proximity to the US. Fillers in general are very low risk In virtually all know applications.

So just had sex, fully healed. My gf screamed like she had never screamed before. She stopped mid sex and shouted "OMG your dick is fatter"!

My vantage point looks consistently better with a wider spread vagina around my penis.

When we were done I asked her what she felt and she said it felt like the inside of her vagina was spread wider. She said she thought she couldn't take it. Sex is waaaayyyy better now.
