I posted a post awhile back about advancing my routine. I cannot find it now, but I figured I would post an update now that I have given some time.
The story: I have been jelqing for over a year -- lost motivation at points, etc. I jelqed for a month, or more, in certain times. I really got into it back in the Fall. In the end of October through November I trained, and I trained excessively. My flaccid was at 3 inches, now it hovers around 2. My erection is at 5 inches.
Now, I have been doing a light routine since the beginning -- mid of February. I have been consistent. Yet I have had no gains.
I started to beef up my routine, but only by a little bit. I added 30 more reps. Now I have realized that during my edging session I can't get a totally full boner. I tried porn and that didn't work.
I have a very weak erection quality. My PI's indicate that I have not really been over training.. yet my flaccid is still very small and has not budged one bit since I started again. I do not turtle.
6 minute warm up (sometimes I do 8 or so, if I take a shower, for example.)
7 minute stretch. I used to go to 10 minutes.
10 minute edging (it depends on my discipline)
One day on and one day off
Should I move to two days on and one day off? Stay with one day on and two days off and beef up my routine? etc etc. Any advice, really..

Have you seen JP's 90 day workout? Have you used a hanger? I do 2 days on 1 day off... But I still stretch on my day off. Mix it up I approach PE just like I do going to the gym. Your body adapts to what you throw at it. Mix it up until something works for you, then when that stops working mix it up again. Check out Gators info. on the BPSFL vs BPEL I found that and targeted my entire workout on my limiter. Great post you need to check it out... Are you taking any supplements to help with circulation?

Youve heard of circuit trainig for weightlifters? I never really stick to one excersize and, I mix in Uli's with jelquing and erect stretching for thirty min with maybe two, two min breaks. ive gained 1/2 inch across the board in two weeks with this.
