As you all might have guessed, I do yoga and run, and I was wondering, is it ok to do physical activity right after a PE session? (like heading into yoga after PE in the morning). Is it bad to do Pe after physical exercise (like after a run or yoga)? Also, what are some of the different advantages to the 2day on/1 off, 5on/2off etc. and other schedules? I'm thinking or changing my schedule a little. Also, is it recommended to do different exerises on different days or all of the routine each day? (like girth and hanging one day for example, and stretching and jelqing on another as opposed to doing all of that on one day, if you're able of course)

I would try to do your PE after any type of physical exercise / weight lifting.
There are no distinct advantages to any one schedule. The important part is that you find the right schedule for YOU. Example: for me personally, a 2/1 or 1/1 schedule is downright pointless because I don't induce enough fatigue in my routine to warrant taking that many days off. In that respect, that day off after only 2 days of exercising is a waste of a day that I should be exercising.
Try some frequencies out and see what works best for you.
