Was considering trying out a vegan diet for little while but am concerned it could impact gains and slow things down. Can anybody share from there experiences?

My wife got to watchin "What the Health" on NETFLIX and now she's wanting to go all vegan. I'm trying to be a good sport for her. I love my meats though! Burger sound good to me... I think you can make black bean burgers though lol. Want to share one?Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Well being a vegan won't get you much vitamin B-12. I'm sure it's not one of those important vitamins!!!!!!The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Aside from this, supplements will be necessary to get B12 from a vegan diet.

I lived with vegans for 2 years. Tofu sucks. There is a reason why we are omnivores; our bodies need a bit of stuff from every food group. Denying that is unhealthy. Vegans will never tell you that.The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!
