Hi all. Iv been Reading up about traction wrapping after a workout. Iv read that they say to level blood into the gland while wrapping and this would help you to add size to your gland aswell. I was just wondering how long to keep the wrap on once pumped full. I know you shouldn't cut of blood suply for more than 20minutes at a time so how long would it be safe for.? Any advice would be appreciated.
